Google
Senior Community Manager
Throughout my experience, I've specialized in cultivating vibrant online communities, notably leading the successful launch and exponential growth of a new platform that surpassed user acquisition targets by 6%.

I consistently drove engagement, achieving a 16% increase in daily active users through data-driven strategies and collaborative partnerships with Community Program Managers to align initiatives with product goals.

My responsibilities also included managing onboarding and communication for educators across six Google for Education certification programs, amplifying key launches to over 20,000 global members, and developing engaging, culturally tailored content for various digital platforms.

Furthermore, I coordinated and hosted quarterly digital events, served as the primary point of contact for community inquiries, and proactively monitored channels to ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive environment, while also establishing monthly feedback reports to inform strategic decision-making.

   SOHO HOUSE
Senior Membership Manager
Lead my team to consistently drive member acquisition and retention, significantly enhancing the overall member and guest experience. This resulted in an 8% increase in membership within one year and a 9% decrease in turnover ratesthrough personalized programs and exclusive benefits.

Working remotely, I've ensured a cohesive membership experience across 27 global locations and collaborated cross-departmentally to improve member satisfaction by 35% based on feedback. I also spearheaded a 40-50 person membership committee, established a "Perks Program" with local businesses for unique member incentives, and fostered relationships with over 500 individual members and 30 businesses/nonprofits.

My contributions extend to developing engaging event programming, crafting high-impact member communications, and producing globally shared branded media to highlight company updates and member values. I'm also adept at leading training for management and staff on member interaction best practices.

LVMH
I independently managed the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey Brand Influencer Program, overseeing a 10-person team and orchestrating branded events across the Midwest during Summer/Fall 2018. Collaborating closely with the Brand Development Director, I curated experiential and influencer activations and successfully sourced and managed multiple vendor relationships for events in various markets. My responsibilities encompassed all aspects of event execution, from pre-event planning to post-event evaluation, and I also managed internal communication with brand leaders, supporting account executives in client program planning and execution.
